Don’t see your state listed yet? Fill out this form and someone from the Wellness Team will look on your behalf.

How to get it paid for:

- Use your Cigna Behavioral Health Insurance
- Not all clinicians on this directory take Cigna, but they will bill Cigna directly on your behalf.
- You will receive your first 8 sessions free! After those, you will be billed a percentage (see here for breakdown)

Cigna Behavioral Health

If you have Cigna insurance, search for a clinician on Cigna's website.

How to get it paid for:

I Don't Have Cigna Insurance

Cigna Work Life & EAP Services

Don't have Cigna insurance anymore? This might be a good option for you.

Call Cigna EAP at 866-421-8628 for a list of counselors in your area, or log on to mycigna.com, click "Review My Coverage," and select "Work/Life Resources (EAP)."

Have Your Own Therapist Out of Network?

  • Visits 1-8: Plan pays 100%.
  • If you choose to see an out-of-network provider, you could be billed for fees above reasonable & customary amounts for future visits.
